Founded in 1969, Stéphan is a meat preserve company in Guingamp (22), specialising in the production of meat pâtés and ready meals. Our company is committed to quality and prepares traditional and gourmet meat preserves using fresh and local ingredients.

Our Breton cannery applies rigor and regularity throughout its production chain, in order to ensure the traceability of our fresh ingredients without compromising the delicious taste and aromas or nutritional qualities of our products.
As an SME with strict requirements, the cannery is also committed to a clean label approach, using a short list of fresh ingredients and no pickling salt (E250).

Our traditional cannery serves all distribution channels: supermarkets, leading own-brand retailers, out-of-home catering companies and subcontracting for national brands, both across France and abroad.

FOCUSED: Committed to producing quality products, our experienced teams are experts in canning, using a wide range of packaging based on verrines or metal tins and strictly adhering to the Usage Code and food safety and hygiene standards.
PERFORMING: Equipped with several production lines(pâtés in verrines, pâtés in tins and tinned ready meals) and packaging lines (verrines, metal cans and combination packaging), our IFS-certified company regularly invests in the performance of its production equipment and the ongoing improvement of its production processes.
FLEXIBLE: Our cannery is able to adapt its production capacity to effectively meet varying production needs. Thanks to our flexibility and adaptability, our SME, Conserves Stéphan, offers a wide range of products, positioning us as a major player in the savoury food market.
